1. Device Operation Support (DOS) is a set of services that includes: setting up and connecting devices to the monitoring system, organizing communication processes between mobile operators and the user, as well as consulting assistance and technical support. (more detailed information is provided in the public Agreement "Device Operation Support")

The cost of the service for stationary and autonomous monitoring devices is 80 UAH / month for each individual device.

The cost of the service for beacons is 460 UAH / year for each individual device.

• After registering the device with the User, the service is activated automatically.

• Upon first activation, the service is paid in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the month and can be provided on credit.

• Payment for services is made in advance on the terms of full prepayment.

• Calculation of the advance payment amount for the next month is carried out on the 20th-25th of the current month.

• The payment amount can be viewed in the Personal Account.

• A receipt with the calculation of the advance payment is sent automatically to the email address specified during registration.

• In the case of device activations after the advance payment has been made, the total cost of services is recalculated at the end of the calendar month.

• If the device was activated on any day of the month, the service is paid for the full calendar month (except for the first activation).

2. Platform device maintenance is a set of services for connecting the device to the monitoring system, processing and storing information received from it and displaying this information in the User's Personal Account. (more detailed information is provided in the public Agreement "Platform Device Maintenance")

The cost of the service for stationary and autonomous monitoring devices is 400 UAH / year for each individual device.

The cost of the service for beacons is 200 UAH / year for each individual device.
